Ultimate Dinner Party Salad
This is the ultimate dinner party salad -- quick, classy, easy, and a sure fire hit with guests. The raspberry vinaigrette dressing is the critical element that pulls all the flavors together.

4 cups mesculin or field greens salad mix (usually available premixed in grocery stores)
1 1/2 cups red grapes, sliced in half
2/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing

Divide washed greens among four bowls. Slice grapes in half, sprinkle on top of salad in each bowl. Sprinkle crumbled feta on top of salads. Serve with raspberry vinaigrette.

Variation: For a more formal meal, add sugared walnuts and substitute crumbled gorgonzola for the feta cheese. Mmmmm.

Sugared Walnuts
¾ cup sugar
¼ t cinnamon
¼ cup water dash salt
2 cups broken walnuts

Combine all ingredients but walnuts in saucepan and mix well. Bring to boil. Boil 4 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour out on waxed paper, separate with forks. Cool. Store in tightly sealed jar.
